Cancellations on Flower Pens orders can be attempted
under certain conditions but cannot be guaranteed. If the order has already
been sent to be fulfilled, cancellation will not be possible. However,
we will attempt to cancel orders that have been submitted if contacted
within twenty four (24) hours of the order. Customer Service will contact
the customer and inform them as to the success or nonsuccess of the cancellation
attempt.
II. Shipping:
All products will be shipped within one week via UPS.
III. Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Charges:
If the credit card used to pay for the product is returned,
a $50 charge will be added to the cost.
IV. Return Policy:
Damaged or incorrect product may be returned within 30
days of delivery for exchange or refund.
